5 Signs A Deceased Loved One's Soul Is Near
After years of doing mediumship readings, I firmly believe spirits visit us from the other side and that our loved ones watch over us from heaven. This is how you can feel if a deceased loved one’s presence is close to you. You may experience one of these signs or you may experience all of them. If you have not experienced any of these signs, please know that your loved one is still watching over you— you just may not have experienced these signs yet.
Here are some spiritual signs that your loved one’s soul is nearby.
Warmth or tingling
You may notice a tingling sensation on your scalp and down your spine. You may also experience a feeling of warmth and safety.
You are receiving other signs
You may see animals, words, coins, birds, feathers, hearts, hear songs, or notice coincidences that seem like signs to you. I wrote another article that goes in depth about how our loved ones in heaven send us signs. You can access it by clicking here.
They are popping into your mind
If your loved one is popping into your mind randomly — and you haven’t thought about them intentionally — this could be a sign that their soul is near you or watching over you in that moment.
You hear their voice in your mind
Like the previous sign of your loved one popping into your mind randomly, you may hear their voice in your head at random times. If you did not consciously think about what your deceased loved one would say first, you are experiencing a sign from them.
You feel a strong knowing in your gut
You might feel a strong knowing that they are around you. Perhaps you can’t explain it and there is no other recognizable sign — you just know they are around you. This gut feeling is your intuition picking up on their presence around you.
I hope this brief overview of signs from heaven provides you with some comfort in knowing your loved ones are nearby even if they are not physically present. If you are grieving or struggling, seek out help from a licensed mental health counselor. Locate and attend grief support groups near you. Do not underestimate how helpful mental health counseling and support groups can be.
